Who can I invite?
Anyone who has not travelled with us before. You cannot refer yourself or a second account of your own.
When do I receive my credit?
Your credit is earned when your friend completes the trip and becomes available 14 days after your friend completes the trip. You can follow every friend’s progress on this page.
How do I use my credit?
Choose “Use my travel credit” when you book. Credit can cover up to 50% of a booking in USD.
Does my credit expire?
Yes. Credit can be used for 365 days after it becomes available. We email you before it expires.
What happens if a trip is cancelled?
If your friend’s booking is cancelled or refunded, the reward it earned is withdrawn. Credit you have already spent stays spent. If you cancel a booking that used credit, the credit comes back to you.
My friend booked but I do not see them here
Your friend needs to open your link (or enter your code) before booking, on the same device, within 30 days. If something went wrong, contact us with their name and the date they booked, and we will look into it.
