Booking policy

How booking works

• Choose a tour and a departure date, or a date that suits you for a private tour.
• Tell us who is travelling and how to reach you.
• Review the price, what is included and the cancellation terms.
• Confirm your booking. We then confirm it with you by email.

Your booking terms are fixed

The price and cancellation terms shown when you book are recorded with your booking. If we change a tour's price or terms later, your booking keeps the terms you agreed to.

If you cancel

Each tour uses one of the policies below, and states which one on its page. What you get back depends on how many days before departure you cancel. Some tours keep a non-refundable part of the deposit; where that applies it is shown on the tour page and deducted before the percentage below is applied.

If we cancel

If we cancel a tour, you receive a full refund of what you have paid, whichever policy the tour uses.

Changes to your booking

If you want to change dates or travellers, contact us as early as you can. We will tell you what is possible for your tour.

Cancellation policies

Days are counted as whole calendar days before the departure date. Cancelling on or after the day of departure does not qualify for a refund.
