Prices and currency

Each tour shows its price in the currency stated on the tour. The total is shown before you confirm your booking.

Deposits and balance

Depending on the tour, you may pay the full amount when you book, or a deposit followed by the balance. When a deposit applies, your booking shows the balance and the date it is due, and we will remind you before then.

How you pay

The payment methods available are shown when you pay. You are taken to our payment provider's secure page to pay; card details are not stored on this website.

Refunds

Refunds follow the cancellation terms in our booking policy. Approved refunds are returned to the payment method you used, where the payment provider allows it. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Problems with a payment

If a payment fails or you think you were charged incorrectly, contact us with your booking reference and we will look into it.
